Excited about the “Partnership” aspect of TEP, Sierra looks forward to the diversity and breadth of the projects and community relationships that define our work. Holding a BS in Social Science from Portland State University, Sierra is not in Tillamook County by accident: she loves the people and the relationship the community has with the environment here. Sierra spends her weekends battling her fixer-upper 1890’s farmhouse on Three Rivers, in South Tillamook County.
 
The Tillamook Estuaries Partnership as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to the
conservation and restoration of Tillamook County's estuaries and watersheds in their entirety.
