Don is a retired Federal Employee who oversees the Tillamook Estuaries Partnership's Water Quality Monitoring program. Don has been with the program since July of 1996 and has been involved with just about every aspect of the program. Between 1999 & 2001, he spearheaded the Tidegate Program and still keeps active in this area by looking at opportunities to increase habitat in the lowland areas. Don is married, the father of three and the grandfather of 10.
 
The Tillamook Estuaries Partnership as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to the
conservation and restoration of Tillamook County's estuaries and watersheds in their entirety.
