After its first five years of environmental research, public outreach, and policy analysis, the Tillamook Bay National Estuary Project completed the Tillamook Bay Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP) in 1999. The role of the Tillamook Estuaries Partnership (Partnership) is to facilitate and lead implementation of the CCMP, while helping partners in neighboring watersheds to manage similar resource issues.
These first years of research and subsequent years resulted in the production of a wide variety of other scientific reports.
