The Tillamook Estuaries Partnership (TEP) intends to contract with a consultant for completion of 2D hydrodynamic modeling, in-depth alternatives evaluation, and 30% preliminary design for the Sitka Sedge Tidal Wetland (SSTW) Project.
TEP seeks a consultant with extensive experience in coastal wetlands restoration, hydrology, fish and wildlife habitats, and engineering to conduct the modeling, alternatives evaluation, and preliminary design. Please review the RFP for full details here: sstw-phase1-rfp-1918.pdf.
