In compliance with federal regulations, FEMA is preparing an environmental impact statement (EIS) to compare the benefits and impacts of the Southern Flow Corridor-Landowner Preferred Alternative Project (SFC-LPA) to other alternatives. FEMA is inviting public review and comment throughout the EIS process.
