Announcing Your New Executive Director

After 10 Years of dedication to the health of our watershed, we are excited to congratulate Kristi Foster on her retirement and thrilled to announce that Allyson Gardner will be Tillamook Estuaries Partnership’s next Executive Director.

A Word From Your New Director

There is so much to be excited about at Tillamook Estuaries Partnership (TEP) right now, from our new Estuary Science Center to the restoration work happening across our bays, rivers, and watersheds. I feel incredibly lucky to help lead TEP into this next chapter. After two years on the team, I’ve grown to deeply love this organization and, most of all, the people who show up every day to do this work.

Tillamook County has been my home for more than a decade, and its beauty and dynamic ecosystems have become deeply woven into my own life. The rich complexity of our bays, estuaries, rivers, and forests is woven into the lives of the people who call this place home. They shape our families, our communities, our culture, and our way of life. Being part of the work to care for these places and to help ensure they remain healthy and thriving for the next generation is something I’m deeply grateful for.
